If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will exchange or will refund the full price of the item(s) you purchased less a 15% restocking fee and excluding shipping charges.

Items cannot be returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
After receiving your RMA number and instructions, please pack the item in it's original packing materials. ALL returned items must be unused and undamaged.
